Untuk rumah yang jauh dari PAM atau dari mata air yang jernih, Sering orang mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan air yang jernih, untuk mengatasi hal ini kita dapat menggunakan saringan air, yang terbuat dari susunan pasir dan kerikil dengan kombinasi dan tebal tertentu.
Fungsi dari saringan pasir adalah untuk menyaring bahan-bahan organis, yang terdapat pada air keruh yang hendak di jernihkan dan juga untuk menyaring jonjot (floc).
Macam-macam saringan pasir
- Saringan pasir cepat.
- Saringan pasir lambat.
Pada postingan ini yang saya bahas adalah mengenai saringan pasir cepat, karena lebih mudah membuatnya untuk kebutuhan air rumah tangga.
Saringan Pasir Cepat.
Susunan bahan untuk pembuatan saringan pasir cepat, lapisan pasir merupakan lapisan yang paling tebal , lapisan dibawahnya berupah kerikil, lapisan dibawah ini merupakan lapisan pendukung diatasnya, sehinngga yang berfungsi sebagai penyaringnya adalah pasir. Mungkin ada para pembaca yang perna melihat ada saringan air yang dibawahnya diberi lapisan ijuk. Pemberian lapisan ijuk sebenarnya tidak diperkenankan, karena akan menambah kandungan zat organis pada air bersih, dengan diberi ijuk zat organis bisa mencapai lebih besar dari 30 mg/lt, sedangkan syarat untuk air minum harus lebi kecil dari 10 mg/lt.
Gambar dibawah adalah desain saringan pasir cepat dengan :
V menyaring = 4 m/jam
t menetap = 15 menit
Sebelum menyusun untuk pembuatan saringan, bahan-bahan seperti pasir dan kerikil dicuci dulu, terutama untuk pasir.

Cute videos and a most detailed review I have seen about Flip. Last year, I was quite excited to launch a video cast and trying to find a mini cam suits my needs. In the end of the day I bought a Sanyo Xacti HD1000 for more professional stuff but still looking for a tiny device I can carry around.I got my MinoHD for Christmas and the video is not a jittery or pixelated on mine, regardless of the lighting conditions. Would it be possible the firmware on your MinoHD is an older version?
