<p>Luas Pintu = 1,68 m2</p>
<p>Maka luas pasangan keramik dinding = 12 – 1,68 = 10,32 m2</p>

<p>Tinggi pasangan Keramik = 2 meter</p>

<p>Panjang sloof = (15 + 1,5(4))+(2 + 1,5 + 2)= 26,5 m</p>
<p>Volume = 26,5 x 0,15 x 0,2 = 0,8 m3</p>
<p>Kerena beton nonstruktur gunakan setiap 1 m3 membutuhkan beton 150 kg</p>
<p><strong>b. Sloof Utama 15/20</strong></p>
<p>Panjang Sloof = (7+2+5+7+7+5)+(10+3,5+4+3+13) = 66,5 meter</p>
<p>Volume = 66,5 x 0,15 x 0,2 = 2 m3</p>
<p>Kerena beton struktur gunakan setiap 1 m3 membutuhkan beton 200 kg</p>

<p>Kerena beton nonstruktur gunakan setiap 1 m3 membutuhkan beton 150 kg</p>

<p>Panjang = 7+4+7+4+7+2 = 31 meter, Volume= 0,15&#215;0,3&#215;31 = 1,4 m3</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">A. PEKERJAAN LANTAI 1</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>I.  PEKERJAAN AWAL</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>1. Pembersihan Lokasi</strong></p>
<p>Sebelum memulai pekerjaan lokasi perlu dibersihkan, biasanya di table RAB pembersihan lokasi dihitung dengan satuan lump sump, yang artinya harga perkiraan.</p>
<p><strong>2. Pekerjaan Pengukuran dan Bouwplank.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pekerjaan Pengukuran adalah pekerjaan mengukur batas-batas dan peil dari suatu bangunan yang diikuti dengan pekerjaan Bouwplank .</p>
<p>Cara menghitung Volume = (pajang bangunan + 2 meter)x2 + (lebar bangunan + 2 meter)x2 = meter</p>
<p>Volume untuk denah diatas = (15+2)x2 + (8,5+2)x2 = 55 meter</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">II.PEKERJAAN GALIAN DAN URUGAN</span><span id="more-931"></span><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Galian Fondasi Batu kali</strong></p>
<p>Lebar bawah fondasi = 60 cm, lebar atas fondasi = 30 cm, tinggi fondasi = 60 cm.</p>
<p>Panjang = (8,5+1,5+1,5+5+2+3+7+5)+(15+10+1,5+3,5+4+3+15)= 85,5 m.</p>
<p>Lebar galian diambil lebar fondasi ditambah 20 cm menjadi 80 cm, kedalaman galian sama dengan tinggi fondasi 60 cm.</p>
<p>Volume galian fondasi batu kali = 0,8 x 0,6 x 85,5 = 41,04 m3</p>
<p>Urugan Kembali bekas galian diambil 40% dari 41,04 m3 = 16,42 m3</p>
<p><strong>2. Galian Fondasi Plat.</strong></p>
<p>Jumlah fondasi 17 bh, lebar galian = 20+80 = 100 cm, dalam galian = 80 cm.</p>
<p>Volume galian = 17 x 1 x 0,8 = 13,6 m3</p>
<p>Urugan Kembali 40% dari 13,6 m3 = 5,44 m3</p>
<p><strong>3. Galian Saluran Air kotor</strong></p>
<p>Saluran menggunakan pralon 4”, panjang saluran = (1,5+2+1,5+2,5+4+3+2) +(2+2+1,5+2,5+2) + (7+3+2) = 38,5 m</p>
<p>Kedalaman galian diambil rata-rata 0,5 meter lebar 0,5 meter.</p>
<p>Volume = 0,5 x 0,5 x 38,5 = 9,63 m3</p>
<p>Urugan kembali 40% dari 9,63 = 3,85 m3</p>
<p><strong>4. Urugan Lantai</strong></p>
<p>Luas Lantai yang diurug = 8,5 x 15 = 127,5 m2, Tinggi Urugan = 0,5 cm</p>
<p>Volume Urugan = 63,75 m3</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">III. PEKERJAAN PASANGAN FONDASI</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Pasangan Fondasi Batu Kali</strong></p>
<p>Panjang Fondasi = Panjang galian = 85,5 meter</p>
<p>Lebar atas fondasi = 0,3 m, lebar bawah fondasi = 0,6 m, tinggi = 0,6 m.</p>
<p>Luas = (0,3+0,6)/2 x 0,6 = 0,27 m2.</p>
<p>Volume Pasangan Fondasi = 0,27 x 85,5 = 23,09 m3</p>
<p>Campuran yang sering dipakai 1 PC : 3 Pasir, 1 PC : 4 Pasir, 1 PC : 5 Pasir, 1 PC : 6 Pasir, 1 PC : 8 Pasir.</p>
<p>Untuk daerah – daerah yang air tanahnya cukup tinggi sebaiknya gunakan campuran</p>
<p>1 PC : 3 Pasir , untuk menghindari agar air tanah tidak naik keatas melalui pasangan Fondasi, dan untuk daerah yang biasa sebaiknya gunakan spesi perbandingan 1 PC : 5 Pasir.</p>
<p><strong>2. Pekerjaan Fondasi Plat</strong></p>
<p>Jumlah fondasi = 17 bh, ukuran fondasi 0,8 x 0,8</p>
<p>Luas Penampang 1 = (0,2+0,8)/2 x 0,05 = 0,03 m2</p>
<p>Luas Penampang 2 = (0,2 x 0,8) = 0,16 m2</p>
<p>Jumlah = 0,03 + 0,16 = 0,19 m2</p>
<p>Volume 1 bh fondasi = 0,19 x 0,8 = 0,15 m3</p>
<p>Volume 17 bh Fondasi = 17 x 0,15 = 2,55 m3</p>
<p>Karena Fondasi termasuk struktur utama gunakan analisa setiap 1 m3 beton membutuhkan 200 kg besi beton.</p>

Apa yang disampaikan oleh seorang anak kecil ber-usia 12 tahun hingga bisa membuat RUANGSIDANG PBB hening,<br />
lalu saat pidatonya selesai ruang sidang penuh dengan orang&#8221; terkemuka yg berdiri dan memberikantepuk tangan yg meriah kepada anak berusia 12 tahun.</p>

<p>Halo, nama Saya Severn Suzuki, berbicara mewakili E.C.O – Enviromental Children Organization<br />
Kami adalah kelompok dari kanada yang terdiri dari anak&#8221; berusia 12 dan 13 tahun. Yang mencoba membuat<br />
Perbedaan: Vanessa Suttie, Morga, Geister, Michelle Quiq dan saya sendiri. Kami menggalang dana untuk bisa<br />
datang kesini sejauh 6000mil. Untuk memberitahukan pada anda sekalian orang dewasa bahwa anda harus mengubah cara anda, Hari ini<br />
Disini juga. Saya tidak memiliki agenda tersembunyi. Saya menginginkan masa depan bagi diri saya saja.<br />

Kehilangan masa depan tidaklah sama seperti kalah dalam pemilihan umum atau rugi dalam pasar saham. Saya  berada disini untuk berbicara bagi semua<br />
generasi yg akan datang.<br />
Saya berada disini mewakili anak&#8221; yg kelaparan di seluruh dunia yang tangisannya tidak lagi terdengar.</p>
<p>Saya berada disini untuk berbicara bagi binatang&#8221; yang sekarat yang tidak terhitung jumlahnya diseluruh planet ini karena kehilangan<br />
habitat nya. kami tidak boleh tidak didengar.<br />
Saya merasa takut untuk berada dibawah sinar matahari karena berlubang nya lapisan OZON. Saya merasa takut untuk<br />
bernafas karena saya tidak tahu ada bahan kimia apa yg dibawa oleh udara.</p>
<p>Saya sering memancing di di Vancouver bersama ayah saya hingga beberapa tahun yang lalu kami menemukan bahwa ikan&#8221;nya<br />
penuh dengan kanker. Dan sekarang kami mendengar bahwa binatang&#8221; dan tumbuhan satu persatu<br />
mengalami kepunahan tiap harinya &#8211; hilang selamanya.<br />
Dalam hidup saya, saya memiliki mimpi untuk melihat kumpulan besar binatang&#8221; liar, hutan rimba dan hutan tropis yang penuh dengan<br />
burung dan kupu&#8221;. tetapi sekarang saya tidak tahu apakah hal&#8221; tersebut bahkan masih ada untuk dilihat oleh anak saya nantinya.</p>
<p>Apakah anda sekalian harus khawatir terhadap masalah&#8221; kecil ini ketika anda sekalian masih berusia sama serperti saya sekarang?<br />
Semua ini terjadi di hadapan kita dan walaupun begitu kita masih tetap bersikap bagaikan kita masih memiliki banyak waktu dan semua pemecahannya.</p>
<p>Saya hanyalah seorang anak kecil dan saya tidak memiliki semua pemecahan nya tetapi saya ingin anda sekalian menyadari<br />
bahwa anda sekalian juga  sama seperti saya!<br />
Anda tidak tahu bagaimana caranya memperbaiki lubang pada lapisan ozon kita.<br />
Anda tidak tahu bagaiman cara mengembalikan ikan-ikan salmon ke sungai  asalnya.<br />
Anda tidak tahu bagaimana caranya mengembalikan binatang-binatang yang telah punah.</p>
<p>Dan anda tidak dapat mengembalikan Hutan-Hutan seperti sediakala di tempatnya yang sekarang hanya berupa padang pasir..<br />
Jika anda tidak tahu  bagaima cara memperbaikinya.<br />
TOLONG BERHENTI  MERUSAKNYA!<br />
Disini anda adalah deligasi negara-negara anda. Pengusaha, Anggota perhimpunan, wartawan atau politisi &#8211; tetapi<br />
sebenernya anda adalah ayah dan ibu, saudara laki&#8221; dan saudara perempuan, paman dan bibi &#8211; dan anda semua<br />
adalah anak dari seseorang.</p>
<p>Saya hanyalah seorang anak kecil, namun saya tahu bahwa kita semua adalah bagian dari sebuah keluarga besar,<br />
yang beranggotakan lebih dari 5 milyar, terdiri dari 30 juta  rumpun dan kita semua berbagi udara, air dan<br />
tanah di planet yang sama &#8211; perbatasan dan pemerintahan tidak akan mengubah hal  tersebut.<br />
Saya Hanyalah seorang anak kecil namun begitu saya tahu bahwa kita semua menghadapi permasalahan yang sama dan<br />
kita seharusnya bersatu untuk tujuan yang sama.<br />
Walaupun marah, namun saya tidak buta, dan walaupun takut, saya tidak ragu untuk memberitahukan dunia apa yang saya<br />
rasakan.</p>
<p>Di Negara saya, kami sangat banyak melakukan penyia-nyiaan, kami membeli sesuatu dan kemudian membuang nya, beli dan<br />
kemudian buang. walaupun begitu tetap saja negara&#8221; diutara tidak akan berbagi dengan mereka yang memerlukan.<br />
Bahkan ketika kita memiliki lebih dari cukup, kita merasa takut untuk kehilangan sebagian<br />
kekayaan kita, kita takut untuk berbagi.</p>
<p>Di Kanada kami memiliki kehidupan yang nyaman, dengan sandang, pangan dan papan yang berkecukupan &#8211; kami memiliki jam tangan,<br />
sepeda, komputer dan perlengkapan televisi.<br />
Dua hari yang lalu di Brazil sini, kami terkejut ketika kami menghabiskan waktu dengan anak&#8221; yang hidup di jalanan. Dan salah satu anak<br />
tersebut memberitahukan kepada kami: &#8221; Aku berharap aku kaya, dan jika Aku kaya, Aku akan memberikan anak&#8221; jalanan makanan,<br />
pakaian dan obat-obatan, tempat tinggal . dan Cinta dan Kasih sayang &#8221;<br />
Jika seorang anak yang berada dijalanan yang tidak memiliki apapun, bersedia untuk berbagi, mengapa kita yang memiliki segalanya<br />
masih begitu serakah?</p>
<p>Saya tidak dapat berhenti memikirkan bahwa anak&#8221; tersebut berusia sama dengan saya , bahwa tempat kelahiran anda<br />
dapat membuat perbedaan yang begitu besar bahwa saya bisa saja menjadi salah satu dari anak&#8221; yang hidup<br />
di Favellas di Rio; saya bisa saja menjadi anak yang kelaparan diSomalia; seorang korban perang timur tengah atau pengemis di India.<br />
Saya hanyalah Seorang anak kecil namun saya tahu bahwa jika semua Uang yang dihabiskan untuk perang dipakai untuk<br />
mengurangi tingkat kemisikinan dan menemukan jawaban terhadap permasalahan alam, betapa indah jadinya dunia ini.<br />
Di sekolah, bahkan di taman kanak-kanak anda mengajarkan kami untuk berbuat baik. Anda mengajarkan pada kami untuk tidak berkelahi dengan orang  lain. Mencari jalan keluar, membereskan kekacauan yang kita timbulkan.<br />
Tidak menyakiti makhluk hidup lain, Berbagi dan  tidak tamak..</p>
<p>Lalu mengapa anda kemudian melakukan hal yang anda ajarakan pada kami supaya tidak boleh dilakukan tersebut?<br />
Jangan lupakan mengapa anda menghadiri Konfrensi ini. mengapa anda melakukan hal ini &#8211; kami adalah anak&#8221; anda semua<br />
Anda sekalianlah yang memutuskan dunia seperti apa yang akan kami tinggali. Orang tua seharus nya dapat<br />
memberikan kenyamanan pada anak&#8221; mereka dengan mengatakan &#8221; Semuanya akan baik-baik saja&#8221;. &#8216;kami melakukan yang terbaik yang<br />
dapat kami lakukan&#8217; dan &#8216; ini bukanlah akhir dari segalanya&#8217;<br />
Tetapi saya tidak merasa bahwa anda dapat mengatakan hal tersebut kepada kami lagi. Apakah kami bahkan ada dalam daftar prioritas anda semua?<br />
Ayah saya selalu berkata &#8216; kamu akan selalu dikenang karena perbuatan mu bukan oleh kata&#8221; mu &#8216;<br />
Jadi, apa yang anda lakukan membuat saya menangis pada malam hari. kalian orang dewasa berkata bahwa<br />
kalian menyayangi kami.</p>
<p>Saya menantang ANDA , cobalah untuk mewujudkan kata&#8221; tersebut.<br />

meriah kepada anak berusia 12 tahun. dan setelah itu ketua PBB mengatakan dalam pidato nya..</p>
<p>&#8221; Hari ini Saya merasa sangatlah Malu terhadap Diri saya sendiri karena saya baru saja disadarkan betapa<br />
penting na linkungan dan isi nya disekitar kita oleh Anak yang hanya berusia 12 tahun yang maju berdiri di<br />
mimbar ini tanpa selembar pun Naskah untuk berpidato, sedangkan saya maju membawa berlembar naskah yang telah dibuat oleh<br />
assisten saya kemarin…<br />
Saya &#8230; tidak kita semua dikalahkan oleh anak yang berusia 12 tahun &#8221;<br />

Think of how much revenue your business is losing because you don’t take advantage of web analytics.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Many companies don&#8217;t realize the potential for positive impact that web analytics can have on their business. Often, our ignorance prevents us from acknowledging the potential of web analytics. Companies with defined analytics programs are realizing double-digit growth in new Web site visitors, returning visitor traffic and conversion rates.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">If you read what every blog declares and what every random Joe says that has a web page, the answer is &#8220;Yes&#8221;. The truth is, though, that a majority of the Survey/Offer websites are actually quite legit.  Some might take months to pay you and some might not have a high approval rate, but out of the 40 or so &#8220;Pay Per Offer&#8221;, &#8220;Paid Survey&#8221;, or &#8220;trial offer&#8221; type site that I have signed up with over the past 2 years, I have been paid by 35 of them.  Now, that is a far cry from the 99% mark that you have probably seen all over the internet.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The question you should be asking yourself, instead of &#8220;Which is a scam?&#8221;, is &#8220;Which ones are easy and will pay me the fastest?&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">100% of the Paid Survey sites that I have joined over the years are absolutely free to join.  You should never have to pay a fee to access any of the surveys.  Never.  The sites that make you pay a fee to join just give you information that you could have gotten by yourself, for free.  There are a few different types of survey sites out there, and I will explain each one very briefly.<span id="more-804"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The first type of Paid Survey site is the kind that actually sends you emails about new products, cars, shaving cream, cola, etc.  They actually pay you money, usually $1 to $10, for you to give your opinion on different products.  I must admit, some of these are very fun.  A few of the companies will even send you the product in the mail and PAY you to try it out for a week.  I have gotten to try many products, including Cheez-its, Gilette shaving gel, and a new kind of Colgate toothpaste.  Each paid me about ten bucks simply for trying each one out.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The second tyope of Paid Survey site is really not a &#8220;Paid Survey&#8221; site at all.  There is nothing wrong with that, though.  They call themselves that just to drive traffic to their site, but once you get in, is is more of a &#8220;Ad Viewing&#8221; site.  These sites pay you anywhere from $.50 to $3.00 for entering things such as your email address to different companies. It might not sound like much money, but it can add up very quickly as I have found out.  These type of Survey sites also pay you to sign up for free trials, or other low cost trials.  For example, you would click their affiliate link to Blockbuster which states, &#8220;Sign up for Blockbuster&#8217;s 30 day, $9.99 trial and we will pay you $16.00&#8243;. When you complete that offer, you just made yourself $6 in about a minutes time.  You can cancel before the 30 day trial ends and you still get to keep the $16.  This type of offer is where the real money is made concerning this type of Paid Survey site.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are also Paid Survey websites that try to sell you a database of paid surveys. They try to lure you to purchase their “program” or whatever they call it with sales letters about how they make thousands monthly or even weekly. While I can not say that these letters are dishonest I can say that I have never heard of anybody who makes their full time income taking paid surveys outside of these types of websites.  Again, you should NEVER have to pay when signing up to a Survey site. Also, you should know which sites are the best to join, because of things like quick payouts and an active forum.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Dari contoh RAB diatas, setiap item pekerjaan di buat bobot satuan %, dengan cara Jumlah harga di item pekerjaan tersebut dibagi Grand total dikalikan 100, kalau pembagian sempurna hasil penjumlahan % bobot adalah 100%, kemudian tentukan berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan tersebut, disini kami menggunakan contoh untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan membutuhkan waktu 9 minggu, setiap 1 minggu di bagi 2 kolom, perlu diketahui kolom tersebut tidak mengikat, bisa dibuat kolom bulanan terdiri dari 4 kolom mingguan, atau lainnya.<br />
Kemudian tentukan berapa lama waktu yang di butuhkan untuk menyelesaikan item pekerjaan tersebut, contoh pekerjaan ring balk diperkirakan waktu yg dibutuhkan adalah 3 minggu, sedangkan pada table setiap 1 minggu di bagi 2 kolom, maka masing-masing kolom bobotnya adalah 8,134% di bagi 6.<br />
Dan perlu juga diperhatikan saat memulai pekerjaan lihat pekerjaan pendahulunya bisa tidak perkerjaan tersebut dimulai pada minggu yang kita tentukan, seperti perkerjaan ringbalk dimulai setelah pekerjaan kolom selesai dan pekerjaan bata sudah memasuki minggu kedua, dan selesai setelah pekerjaan bata berakhir, karena posisi ringbalk berada diatas bata.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Penghasilan apa saja yang didapat dari Internet marketing, diantaranya adalah penghasilan dari affiliate dan penghasilan dari Iklan.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Penghasilan dari affiliate diantaranya adalah, misalkan anda belajar Internet Marketing di Asian Brain, kita bisa menjadi affiliate dari Asian Brain maksudnya kita bisa mempromosihkan Asian Brain, bila ada yang bergambung belajar di Asian Brain melalui link kita, maka akan mendapat bonus 25%, dari pengalaman yang saya dapatkan setiap bulan yang mendaftar melalui link saya mencapai lebih dari 50 orang , dan yang membayar penuh untuk belajar 1 tahun rata –rata 5 orang (terkadang lebih) maka pendapatan saya dari Asian Brain 5 x 450.000,- = Rp. 2.250.000,- dan dari affiliate SMUO rata-rata perbulan 10 orang x 100.000 = 1.000.000, untuk dari iklan google saat ini per bulan baru $ 25, sedangkan iklan adsCamp perbulannya Rp. 25.000, (pemasukan dari iklan masih terlalu kecil) untuk saat ini penghasilan rata-rata dalam satu bulan dari program affiliate dan iklan berkisar Rp. 3.000.000 sampai Rp. 4.000.000, belum dari pekerjaan yang didapat melalui <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://jasapembuatblog.blogspot.com/">Jasa Pembuatan Blog</a> dan <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.kreasitaman.co.cc/">Jasa Pembuatan Taman</a>. <p style="text-align: justify;">Seperti, pengukuran siku dari bangunan, terkadang pengukuran hanya sampai pada pekerjaan sloof, karena menganggap sloof sudah siku, sehingga saat memulai pekerjaan pemasangan bata, bangunan tidak disiku ulang, padahal ada kemungkinan sloof tidak siku akibatnya dinding menjadi tidak siku, dan diketahui kalau bangunan tersebut tidak siku saat pekerjaan pemasangan lantai, bila hal ini terjadi biasanya agar bangunan tersebut menjadi siku, plesteran dinding dibuat tebal mengikuti selisih ukuran.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Agar hal ini tidak terjadi sebaiknya pengukuran siku bangunan di mulai saat pekerjaan bouwplank, kemudian disiku kembali pada pekerjaan fondasi, juga pada pekerjaan sloof, dan terakhir disiku kembali saat memulai pekerjaan pemasangan dinding.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kurang penyiraman air atau perendaman, ada beberapa pekerjaan yang sebelum dimulai sebaiknya material disiram air atau direndam, seperti pekerjaan sloof sebelum melakukan pengecoran sebaiknya disiram air selain untuk membersihkan kotoran yang ada pada begesting juga agar beton dapat meresap pada fondasi, pada pekerjaan pemasangan bata sebelum dimulai sebaiknya bata disiram, juga pada pekerjaan plesteran atau acian, dan pada pekerjaan pemasangan keramik, sebaiknya keramik <a href="http://strukturrumah.com/mengapa-beton-perlu-disiram-airdirendam/">disiram air</a>, tujuannya agar spesi dapat meresap kedalam keramik.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dan ada juga pekerjaan yang bila selesai dikerjakan sebaiknya disiram atau direndam air, seperti pekerjaan bata, plesteran, acian dan pekerjaan beton.<span id="more-828"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pekerjaan pembesian , khususnya pada pembangunan rumah-rumah lantai satu, sering sekali diabaikan cara-cara pembesian sesuai dengan standar teknis yang ada seperti, pada ujung atau akhir dari besi tidak dibengkokan atau di kni, pertemuan sudut tidak diikat dengan bindrat, seperti contoh gambar dibawah ini :</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Pada <a href="http://strukturrumah.com/cara-melakukan-pengecoran-beton-berdasarkan-peraturan-beton-indonesia/">pekerjaan beton</a>, komposisi campuran sering kali diabaikan (terutama untuk bangunan lantai satu), bila pengadukan beton secara manual, terutama perbandingan jumlah dari split atau krikil sering dibawah takaran yang disyaratkan, dan juga terkadang split menggunakan bekas dari ayakan pasir, sehingga mutu beton tidak baik.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dan banyak pekerjaan pekerjaan yang sering dianggap tidak begitu penting, sehingga dikerjakan tidak sesuai dengan standar teknis yang ada padahal akan berpengaruh pada kekuatan dari bangunan tersebut, antara lain : pertemuan kayu pada pembuatan kosen saat ini sering menggunakan paku seharusnya menggunakan pasak, anggkur pemasangan kusen pada dinding menggunakan paku seharusnya menggunakan besi beton diameter 8mm, pembuatan kuda-kuda dari kayu jarang menggunakan pasak.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pada pekerjaan pasangan dinding bata yang berada diatas sloof sampai dengan minimal 30 cm seharusanya menggunakan spesi dengan komposisi campuran 1:3 (pasangan trasram), yang berfungsi untuk mencegah agar air yang berada di lantai / dibawah permukaan lantai tidak naik kedinding, untuk mencegah dinding tidak lembab (berjamur). Pasangan trasram saat ini jarang sekali digunakan, sehingga sering terjadi dinding rumah berjamur atau lembab yang mengakibatkan<a href="http://strukturrumah.com/mengecat-ulang/"> cat mengelupas</a>.</p>
