Cara Menghitung Volume Bangunan 2 lantai bagian 3 adalah kelajutan dari Cara menghitung Volume Bangunan 2 lantai bagian 2 dan 1, sehingga bagi pembaca artikel ini sebaiknya membaca artikel yang terdahulu yaitu bagian 1 DISINI dan Bagian 2 DISINI, seperti saya tulis pada artikel yang lalu, seharusnya setiap pembahasan pada artikel ini disertai dengan gambar agar bisa jelas asal usul angka, tetapi karena keterbatasan disk space kami, maka gambar kami buat terpisah, bila pembaca ini mempelajari cara menghitung silakan Down Load dulu gambar DISINI. Pada Akhir Artikel Cara Menghitung Volume Bangunan 2 Lantai akan dibuat TABEL RAB dan JADWAL PELAKSANAAN
VI. PEKERJAAN PLESTERAN DINDING
1. Plesteran dinding 1 PC : 3 Pasir
Plesteran digunakan didaerah yang sering terkena air, yaitu plesteran kamar mandi dan plesteran di trasram Luas Plesteran adalah luas pasangan bata dikali dua.
Luas Pasangan Bata = 21,8 + 41,66 = 63,46 m2
2. Plesteran dinding 1 PC : 6 Pasir
Luas dinding bata = 260,07 m2
Luas Plesteran dinding = 260,07 x 2 = 520,14 m2
VII. PEKERJAAN PASANGAN KERAMIK
1. Keramik dinding
a. Kamar mandi Pembantu
Tinggi pasangan Keramik = 2 meter ( tinggi sesuai selera)
Panjang dinding = 6 meter (lihat Pasanga bata kamar mandi Pembantu)
Luas dinding = 6 x 2 = 12 m2
Luas Pintu = 1,68 m2
Maka luas pasangan keramik dinding = 12 – 1,68 = 10,32 m2
b. Kamar mandi Utama
Tinggi pasangan Keramik = 2 meter
Panjang dinding = 7 meter
Luas dinding = 7 x 2 = 14m2
Luas Pintu = 1,68 m2
Maka Luas Pasangan keramik dinding = 14 – 1,68 = 12,32 m2
2. Keramik Lantai
a. Keramik kamar mandi
Luas = (1,5×1,5) + (2×1,5) = 5,5 m2
b. Keramik Lantai
Dapur = 2 x 4,5 = 9 m2
K tidur Utama = 5 x 3 = 15 m2
Depan KM pembantu = 1 x 1,5 = 1,5 m2
R Keluarga = (1×3)+(4×5) = 23 m2
R Tamu = 3 x 5 = 15 m2
Teras = 2 x 1,5 = 3 m2
Jumlah Luas keramik lantai = 66,5 m2
3. Keramik Tangga
Antrade
Lebar tangga = 0,8 meter
Panjang tangga bawah = 2,7 m
Luas = 0,8 x 2,7 = 2,16 m2
Bordes = 0,8 x 0,8 = 0,64 m2
Tangga atas = 0,8 x 2,1 = 1,68 m2
Optrade
Tangga bawah = (0,2 x 10) x 0,8 = 1,6 m2
Tangga Atas = (0,2 x 8 ) x 0,8 = 1,28 m2
Total Luas keramik Tangga = 2,16+0,64+1,68+1,6+1,28= 7,34 m2
