CARA MEMILIH GENTENG

Sebagian besar orang dalam membangun rumah untuk penutup atap memilih Genteng, Hal tersebut dikarenakan atap genteng mempunyai banyak kelebihan diantaranya genteng mempunyai banyak pilihan, dan rumah akan lebih indah.

Tetapi agar atap genteng sesuai dengan manfaatnya sebagai penutup atap ada beberapa cara memilih Genteng antara lain :

1. Tentukan dulu bentuk atap yang merupakan yang merupakan bagian penting dari penampilan Arsitekturnya, tentukan bahan penutup atap apa yang paling mendukung fungsi pertimbangan estetika rumah.
2. Kalau pemilihan atap ke genteng sebaiknya perhatikan sudut kemiringan atap, untuk genteng sebaiknya kemiringan minimal 30 derajat.
3. Pastikan mana yang lebih cocok, menggunakan genteng besar atau genteng kecil, untuk atap yang luasnya kecil sebaiknya gunakan genteng yang kecil, begitu juga sebaliknya.
4. Pilih genteng yang pembakarannya sempurna, dengan cara ketuk genteng menggunakan jari, kalau bunyinya berdenting bearti genteng tersebut pembakarannya sempurna.
5. Cari permukaan genteng yang halus, tanpa pori untuk menghindari rembesan saat hujan.
6. Saat menerima pengiriman genteng atau saat pemasangan perhatikan jangan sampai ada genteng yang retak halus.
7. Jumlah pemesanan sebaiknya dilebihkan 2 % sampai dengan 5 % untuk mengganti yang pecah dan untuk disimpan bila suatu saat dibutuhkan untuk mengganti bila diperlukan.
8. Pemasangan Nok genteng sabaiknya di kerjakan dengan teliti agar tidak terjadi kebocoran, karena bila ada bocor din ok sangat sulit untuk memperbaikinya, untuk amannya sebaiknya diberi lapisan plastic tipis.

Yang dimaksud dengan RAP (Rencana Anggaran Pelasanaan ), adalah kebutuhan material dan tenaga secara detail untuk menyelesaikan suatu bangunan, atau dapat juga dimaksud dengan penjabaran dari RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).

Pada umumnya RAB digunakan untuk mengajukan penawaran pekerjaan borongan, sedangkan RAP digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah material dan tenaga dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan.

RAB dihitung berdasarkan Analisa BOW sedangkan RAP dihitung dengan kombinasi antara analisa BOW dan kebutuhan sesungguhnya.

Contoh Perhitungan RAP.

1. Fondasi Batu kali
