CARA MENGHITUNG ANGGARAN BIAYA PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH

Add Metatags:
Even though the human eye won’t read Metatags the search engines will and you will need to look into configuring your Store and Listings through Html and the “Manage My Store Area”.
Pick your keywords carefully:
The best way to pick keywords is to put yourself in the shoes of your customers and decide what words they would enter if they were looking for your product.
To help you find useful keywords it would be worth using http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ to find popular search terms used on the Internet in general and then look at http://pulse.ebay.com to see what is popular on eBay.
Now use these words in your titles, item descriptions and even your store URL and eBay ID if you can. It also worth bearing in mind that search engines will attach the most importance to words in titles and also ones in bold.
Custom Pages in your Store
These are pages within your store that you can create and enter unique content to show promotions, showcase an item or give details about your business.
The About Me Page

HAL-HAL YANG PERLU DIPERHATIKAN DALAM MERENOVASI RUMAH

Dengan bertambahnya usia dari bangunan Rumah yang kita tempati pasti ada bagian-bagian yang memerlukan perbaikan, apakah itu karena rusak akibat dari usia material atau ingin mengubah bentuk dari rumah tersebut.
Tujuan utama adalah agar rumah yang kita tempati lebih baik, lebih indah dari sebelumnya.
Nah untuk memulai tahapan-tahapan renovasi Rumah atau modifikasi rumah, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan :
- Perencanaan harus benar-benar matang, jangan disepelehkan perencanaan, karena tanpa perencanaan dapat dipastikan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan akan berantakan dan juga adanya pembengkakan biaya, sering kali saya mendengar keluhan teman-teman dalam merenovasi ataupun membangun rumah biayanya membengkak tidak karuan, saya Tanya rencananya seperti apa, yang disodorkan malah beberapa guntingan gambar, terus saya Tanya mana RAB, eh malah tidak ada, loh kok bisa tau anggarannya membengkak, oh ternyata RAB nya dikira kira. Yah..pantes…………….. mungkin pembaca bertanya gimana saya bisa membuat perencanaan, ok jangan kwatir caranya kalaupun tidak bisa menggambar kumpulkan dulu gambar-gambar dari majalah atau tabloid, item-item mana yang disenangi dicentang (untuk mengetahui nama-nama struktur rumah klik disini), buat sketsa ruangan yang akan direnovasi, tempelkan gambar disebelah sketsa tersebut, kemudian di tandai. Atau kalau bingung panggil anak STM, atau tukang Tanya item-item tersebut, yang lebih gampang lagi panggil jasa perencana, mendengar jasa perencana mungkin terbayang harganya mahal….oh…tidak selalu, bahkan perencanaannya bisa gratis….tergantung perjanjian. Let’s look at how we can apply the Four Core Networking Types to real estate sales.Any one of the four types can be a client. A Professor walks in. If you are too friendly, too enthusiastic, or too talkative, you will immediately create a sense of distrust in this client. Typically most real estate sales people are Entertainers or Captains. If you are a Captain, you already are focused on the task at hand but will become frustrated at the Professor’s seeming indecisiveness and attention to fine details that might seem irrelevant to you.
If you are an Entertainer you will have to stay focused on asking them questions and probing for the level of detail they need to feel confident about the house and not put off by over-talking. If it ‘makes sense’, the Professor will buy the house.
